UUSC advances human rights and social justice alongside marginalized communities. Our work is grounded in the belief that all people have inherent power and dignity.
In our work with affected communities we strengthen movements through grassroots partnerships, justice education, leadership development, advocacy, research and grants.
From July 2017 to June 2018, UUSC supporters took over 26,000 actions – making phone calls, sending letters and signing petitions – to protect human rights around the globe. Through 80 grassroots partnerships, we hope to reach, directly or indirectly, more than 450,000 individuals from July 2018 to June 2019.
